HOW DO I USE PRE-MADE WAX SEALS?

All wax seals come with professional grade adhesives, when you receive your order the seals are ready to peel off the backings and place on envelopes or your desired project.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All Crimson Hour items are carefully hand crafted and made-to-order, orders will typically take at minimum 1 week to turnaround, the standard period is 1-2 weeks.

Holiday & Collection releases will have shipping details in the product listings. If you have any questions about your order please feel free to reach out!

 

DOES CRIMSON HOUR TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

We love custom orders! Please contact the shop with your request - make sure to include the following info to help us craft a turnaround & cost quote:

- What it is you're looking to order (Custom Stationery designs, custom amount of Wax Seals etc.)

- The total quantity you want (eg: x50 wax seals or x10 notecards/envelopes)

- The date you'd like to receive your order by

HOW DO I MAIL CRIMSON HOUR STATIONERY?

Crimson Hour stationery is made up of mixed media materials such as wax seals and ribbon, those items may be damaged when going through electronic sorting machines at the post office. We HIGHLY recommend sending the stationery in a larger plain envelope OR using 'Non-Machinable' postage stamps.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time Crimson Hour unfortunately does not offer shipping outside the United States, but we're working on updating that - stay in touch on our Instagram for the latest updates.

 

WHAT IF I WANT AN ITEM THAT IS OUT OF STOCK OR OFF-SEASON?

If an item you want sells out please feel free to reach out to us directly! Crimson Hour items are made-to-order and some items rotate out seasonally, but if there is something specific you'd like to order please let us know, we can easily create a custom listing with any previous designs for you!

 

DOES CRIMSON HOUR CARRY OR MAKE WAX SEAL STAMPS?

Currently, Crimson Hour does not sell or make wax seal stamps to make seal impressions - we only sell pre-made adhesive wax seal sets.
